delivery & returns
We will try our best to dispatch all orders within three working days, however during peak times this can vary. If we are a little busier than normal with the updated dispatch times we will update the banner on the website.
We currently can only ship to the UK, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. Your tracking number will be sent to you once the order is dispatched.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within three days if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue.
If you are not happy with your product, we have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt for your order. The cost of the return lies with you unless there is some confirmed issue with the product. We also suggest you use a tracked method of return because we are unable to provide a refund for items lost in transit as they return to us.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the outcome. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take between 10 and 15 days for your bank to process the refund.
